This letter of thanks to Reed (the headmaster at Jacksonville Episcopal High School) expressed Billy Shands's appreciation for the materials he had received, and asked for additional copies to share with the entire Steering Committee. Shands had approached Reed for advice, since his school was a relatively new one, and might offer templates that the Trinity Steering Committee could follow. Shands mentioned that the highest priorities at that time were the establishment of the scholastic program and the hiring of a professional fund raiser. He discussed the possibility that Trinity would issue bonds as a method for raising the bulk of the necessary funds.
