Description
This was perhaps the most consequential founding document, as it was the first known outline of the priorities and parameters that would guide the school's formation. It included a proposed structure for a Steering Committee, and made clear that location and finances were matters of primary importance. Included were the suggested size of the committee, the kind of members desired, and specific individuals to consider. Note that item #3 suggested "...a lawyer, an educator, an architect, a banker or stockbroker, and a lady parent."
